Bird-Count
Bird enthusiasts perform a monthly count of the birdlife at Alfred Cove, including bush birds, shorebirds and waterbirds. The group contributes their findings to the Australia-wide bird monitoring of Birdlife Australia and the world-wide monitoring managed by E-Bird.

Monthly Monday @ Milyu
Monthly Mondays consist of a morning’s litter collection along the shoreline of Milyu A-Class Nature Reserve in South Perth. Litter is sorted and dispatched, and following the collection our volunteers enjoy a morning tea together.

Saturday Morning @ the Cove
Volunteers work to restore the Bush Reserves and Foreshore Areas bordering the Alfred Cove Marine Park in Attadale though seasonal weeding and planting, in addition to soft erosion control measures. Their two hours of work are rewarded with the pleasure of a cuppa and cake in the beautiful surrounds of the foreshore.
